1st you just edit a *.format file and put under the \formats directory
ex.Fundamental.format
and the following is an example inside fundamental.format

2nd edit the import.types file which is under the \formats directory
and put Fundamental.format as one of the list
ex: add new line as below after Default ASCII (*.*)|*.*|default.format
Fundamental (*.csv)|*.csv|Fundamental.format
3rd Generate a new csv file ready for the importing
for example:

And last, Use File>Import ASCII
when the Pop up window shows up, select the fundamental before choosing the csv file.
